“To Whom It May Concern:
On December 10th, 2009 we had your company come out and build us a cedar fence. We had asked several companies to bid on the project. We had one company that bid $992.00. Your bid was $500. After seeing the quality of your work in our neighborhood, we decided to go with you. There was a young gentleman named: Vitaliy Sirotinskiy who had come out to do the bid. The first thing he did was pull his boots off when he came in the house. We were impressed, because it showed he knew how to not track mud in on the carpet and it showed respect. Most individuals miss that.
Next we talked about the project and he went back out-side with me and we walked the property to see where I wanted the fence put. He wrote everything down, listened to me and figured out exactly what I wanted. He told us it would be $500. We had seen some of the work your company has done in our neighborhood and after being in the construction business when I was young; I knew what to look for in a quality job. We were impressed with the work and within an hour or so, they were done!
I was further impressed with the quality of the job, how it looked and he was very keen on why we need the fence in the first place, our little dog! He made sure to build the fence where she could not get out. Note that I have natural “rock” walls on the property, so it’s sort of a “tricky” job to do. When he was done, it was perfect!
We love our new fence and are very, very happy with it. It gives us a sense of security, and helps to keep the dog in, so we don’t have to have her on the leash. Your workers were very nice, cleaned up after themselves and were professional in every way. I have not seen that in a long time. Most firms talk about it, but few really practice it.
